Catering packages & pricing
We offer a variety of catering packages ranging from relaxed buffet-style service to comprehensive full-service experiences with professional staff. Every event is unique, so our packages are fully customizable to suit your specific vision and guest count. Whether you're looking for a signature meat selection or a complete spread with sides and service, we’ll work with you to tailor the perfect menu.
Our pricing is designed to fit the scale of your event. For larger gatherings, we typically provide a per-person (headcount) rate, which ensures a full meal for every guest. For smaller, more casual groups, we offer platter pricing, allowing you to order exactly what you need.
Regarding portions, we generally recommend 1/3 to 1/2 pound of meat per person for a full meal. For sides, we suggest about 4 to 5 ounces per guest. We’re happy to help you calculate the exact amounts based on your specific guest list to ensure no one goes home hungry!
